Recipes are items you can use to cook food in Tower of Fantasy. These food give different effects, like Stamina Recovery, HP Recovery, Satiety Recovery, and more! Read on to find out how to unlock recipes and cook food in the game.

First, you need to gather tons of ingredients. You can find them all over Aida, or you can buy them through the Vendors. Next is to find a cooker in the open world and then select the 

 tab from the bottom of the screen. From there, use the ingredients you've gathered to create and unlock new recipes.  

Some recipes can only be obtained by doing specific quests in the game. You can check if a quest will reward you with a recipe by checking the 

Most, if not all, vendors sell recipes in the game. There are only two food vendors so far, which can be found in the main hub of the Astra Region and Banges Region.

Once recipes are unlocked, you'll be able to see them through the 

 tab when you interact with a Cooker. Just gather the required materials for a recipe and it will automatically make the food.

You can earn Dark Crystals as a reward for unlocking recipes. The number of Dark Crystals you can get depends on the rarity of the recipe. You can claim them by clicking the recipe book at the upper right corner of the screen
