How to Get the Shadow Achievement in Dishonored 2

The Shadow achievement is unlocked after completing all missions 

without alerting hostiles and key targets

To get the Shadow achievement, you can’t let any human or non-human hostile spot 

bodies found won’t lock the Shadow achievement

. I still recommend hiding bodies though, just so no one gets alerted.

The hardest part of getting the Shadow achievement is avoiding key targets, like in The Clockwork Mansion chapter. You will often have to go full stealth mode and miss a big chunk of chapters just to go unnoticed.

Best Character to Use for the Shadow Achievement

Both characters have their pros and cons, but Corvo’s powers make it easier to get the Shadow achievement. His Blink skill doesn’t notify enemies like Emily’s and his Bend Time skill is really good for stealth. Corvo’s skills make it much easier to just go around enemies withoit even knocking them out.

If you don’t plan on using powers though, Emily’s a better pick. Her weapon turns into a powerful sniper down the line.
