This guide will walk you through the entire questline of Ranni the Witch from Elden Ring

You will first meet Ranni at the Church of Elleh, but only after meeting Melina for the first time at the Gatefront Ruins site of grace. It is important that you teleport to Chuch of Elleh, and not travel there on foot. She will introduce herself as Renna and give you the Summoning Bell, which you can use to summon spirits to help you in battle.

Talk to Ranni at the top of her tower, Ranni's Rise in Liurnia of the Lakes. You will need to pass through Caria Manor to get here. Agree to help her to advance the questline. She will ask you to meet with her other servants. Talk to all the ghostly images of NPCs throughout the tower.

Head down to Siofra River using the Siofra River Well elevator found in East Limgrave. Talk to Blaidd at the indicated location in Siofra River. You will need to find a way in Nokron, which is only possible after defeating Radahn.

Head to Redmane Castle and take part in the festival to defeat Radahn. After defeating him, a cutscene will play, opening the way to Nokron.

There will be a giant hole in the earth, where the forest in East Limgrave used to be. Head down into the hole and progress through the place to get to the upper region of Siofra River.

Enter Nokron, Eternal City, and find a chest at the end that contains the Fingerslaying Blade. Then, return to Ranni and give her this item. She will reward you with the Carian Inverted Statue, which you can use to invert the Carian Study Hall in Liurnia of the Lakes. Inverting the study hall is optional and unlocks the way to the Divine Tower of Liurnia.

The door to Renna's Rise will now be open. Enter, then take the waygate at the top to teleport to Ainsel River. Immediately retrieve the item in front of you, which is the 

 Rest at the closest site of grace and select the option to talk to miniature Ranni several times. The doll will then speak to you, instructing you to defeat the Baleful Shadow.

Progress through Ainsel River till you reach the Baleful Shadow, which looks like Blaidd. You will receive the Discarded Palace Key.

The Discarded Palace Key opens a chest in Rennala's boss room in the Academy of Raya Lucaria in Liurnia of the Lakes. Retrieve the Dark Moon Ring from this chest. This ring is the key to ending Ranni's questline.

Run through the Lake of Rot, and head down the temple steps to reach a coffin in the indicated spot. Interact with the coffin to reach the boss area of 

 Defeat this boss to advance to the Moonlight Altar, a previously inaccessible location in Liurnia of the Lakes.

Talk to Ranni in Cathedral of Manus Celes

Head to the Cathedral of Manus Celes and enter through a hole in the cathedral's floor to go underground. You can ignore the dragon Adula, who appears outside the cathedral. Ranni will be found underground. Talk to her to complete the penultimate stage of her quest.

The final step you need to take is to summon her at the Erdtree, after you've beaten the final boss, the Elden Beast. Summoning her here will end the game and give you the Age of Stars ending.
